Your authority
You are at least 18 and are the band, performer, venue owner, or an authorized representative. The information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
Permission to promote
You give Traverse City Vibe a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to publish the names, biographies, event details, links, logos and promotional materials you specifically submit for promotion on the TC Vibe website and its own social channels. Online promotion may be viewed worldwide. You keep ownership and may use or license your work elsewhere.
Photos, recordings & people
Submit only material you own or have permission to authorize for these uses. You have obtained any necessary permissions from photographers, copyright owners and identifiable people, including a parent or guardian for minors. A photo appearing on a website or social page is not, by itself, permission to reuse it. Linking a website does not grant permission to copy everything on it. Music and video recordings require permission for all included rights.
Limited editing
TC Vibe may crop, resize and format submitted material, and shorten copy for clarity, without materially misrepresenting you or your work. This permission does not authorize selling your material, licensing it to unrelated advertisers, or using it to train AI models. Credits and restrictions you supply will be considered during review; if they cannot be honored, the material will not be used.
Free & reviewed
There is no charge for submitting or for an approved basic listing. No payment or royalties are due for uses covered by this permission. Submission does not guarantee publication, placement, attendance or bookings. All listings are reviewed before publication.
Corrections & withdrawal
You can request corrections, removal or withdrawal of permission through this same form by choosing “Update or remove a listing.” Include the listing link and use your original contact email when possible. After verifying your authority, TC Vibe will stop new promotional use and remove material it controls within a reasonable time. Copies already shared by others, search caches and records needed to document permission may remain.
Contact & record
Your contact email and signature are kept for submission review, follow-up and the permission record; they are not displayed on your public listing. Your typed name and checked agreement record your consent to this release. Save or print a copy for your records.
